Objective MCQ-based written exam. 100 questions / 100 marks / 120 minutes. Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer. Syllabus covers Biology, Agriculture, and Animal Husbandry topics at Intermediate (12th) level — including Cytology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Animal Health Management.

Selected candidates undergo 6 months departmental training before final appointment. Training is mandatory for all selected candidates.
