- ›Only one application per candidate — multiple applications will result in cancellation of candidature
- ›Departmental candidates of CIL and subsidiaries have no upper age limit
- ›Ex-Servicemen age relaxation: Actual military service period + 3 years (maximum age 50 years)
- ›Training period of 1 year after appointment — regularized in T&S Grade C on successful completion
- ›Application window strictly 09 April to 01 May 2026 — no extension expected
- ›Passport-size photo must not be older than 3 weeks at time of upload

Selection Process

Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Online CBT of 100 questions / 100 marks / 90 minutes. Section A – Technical (Nursing/Pharmacy/Paramedical): 70 MCQs. Section B – General Knowledge, Reasoning & Aptitude: 30 MCQs. No negative marking. Minimum qualifying marks: 50 for UR/EWS, 40 for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/ESM/PwBD. Tie-breaking order: Higher Section A score → Older candidate (DOB) → Alphabetical name order.

Shortlisted candidates verify educational certificates, council registration (Nursing / Pharmacy), category / EWS / PwBD certificate, and identity documents.
