Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (ESB) has announced 2317 vacancies for Nursing Officer (2099) and Sister Tutor (218) posts across government medical colleges and hospitals in MP. B.Sc. Nursing graduates with MP Nurses Registration Council certification are eligible. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is scheduled from 15 May 2026. Applications open 06 April to 20 April 2026 at esb.mp.gov.in. Selected candidates are required to serve a 5-year bond worth ₹5 lakh.

Online CBT of 100 MCQ questions / 100 marks / 2 hours. Section A – General Subjects (25 marks): GK, Hindi, English, Maths, Science, Aptitude. Section B – Nursing (75 marks): B.Sc. level nursing topics. Negative marking: -0.25 per wrong answer. Minimum qualifying marks: 50% General, 40% Reserved categories.
